All Tedeza Rize wanted to be was normal. Is that too much to ask?
Working part-time at a traditional café is not as bad as Rize thought it would be. She gets to wear a cute maid dress. She gets to greet her customers with a friendly smile. If any of them get rowdy, she would.to kindly ask them to settle down. And if anyone were to ask what her hobbies were, it would be to visit the mall and shop for cute clothes.
To clarify, she is definitely not hiding a gun underneath her dress. She most certainly is not trained extensively in close-quarter combat. Besides, why would she go to a mall to obtain new and updated survival equipment to experiment on at a shooting range she does not frequently go to, if at all? She knows nothing of that sort. Got it? Get it? Good.
Rize is always self-conscious about her actions and reactions whenever a situation occurs. What is the correct way a girl should act if some guys started to hit on her or of her friends spotted something that she might be slightly interested in? Rize relies on her training when things take the turn for the worse on instinct, but if that is not how a girl should react, what is she supposed to do? And if her friends know about this side of her, will they see her in a different light?
Perhaps there are other waitresses out there who will accept her for who she really is...
